Xiaomi Mi 4 and Mi Pad to launch in India by year end, Redmi 1S in some weeks and Redmi Note before Diwali

China based Xiaomi has already announced its yesteryear flagship model, Mi 3 in India and it is criticized for the shortage in the supply of units. Now, it appears like Xiaomi will be launching more smartphones in the country. Well, the firm has shared the tentative release schedule of several products including the latest flagship model Mi 4 and Mi Pad.

Xiaomi’s Global VP Hugo Barra has stated in a reply to BGR India reader that the firm is in plans to release the Redmi 1S and its accessories in India in the coming weeks. He also made it clear that the specific release date will be let out on by the end of this / next week.

Along with the Redmi 1S, Barra revealed that the Redmi Note will be hitting the Indian stores before Diwali in late-October, whereas Mi 4 and Mi Pad will be launched by the end of this year. Furthermore, the executive confirmed that the accessories meant for Xiaomi Mi 3 will be made available in a couple of weeks.

He has also revealed that the Redmi Note model initially launching in India is the 3G version. In addition, Xiaomi won't be launching the 64GB variant of Mi 3 in the country, but will certainly do so for Mi 4. 

While Xiaomi has gained enough success with the launch of the Mi 3, we hope the company will be more successful for the launch of these devices mentioned above.
