Lenovo A6000 with 4G LTE support, KitKat launched in India for Rs. 6,999

As assured the vendor has launched the Lenovo A6000 smartphone in India, which was unveiled at the CES 2015 tech show last week and carriers the credit for being the most affordable 4G device from the firm.

Lenovo has officially announced the launch of its affordable 4G LTE enabled smartphone in the country earlier this week. As assured the vendor has launched the Lenovo A6000 smartphone in India, which was unveiled at the CES 2015 tech show last week and carriers the credit for being the most affordable 4G device from the firm.

Lenovo A6000 comes in Black colour option and will be exclusively available from online retailer Flipkart. Lenovo has priced the A6000 very aggressively at just Rs. 6,999. The registration window for purchasing A6000 is now open and it is scheduled for January 28. Lenovo is also following the flash sales method like Xiaomi devices.

When it comes to specifications, the Lenovo A6000 comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is stuffed with a 1.2GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat with Vibe 2.0 UI on top, the handset flaunts an 8MP rear snapper accompanied with LED flash and a 2MP front facing selfie camera.

The dual SIM supporting Lenovo A6000 also comes with 8GB of default memory capacity that can be expanded externally using a microSD card. Other goodies onboard the smartphone include 4G LTE (TDD-LTE & FDD-LTE) / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 2,300 mAh battery. The smartphone is 8.2 mm thick and weighs 128 grams.
