- The user interface of MobiKwik app is nice, but
according to me it can be improved to engage and attract more users. Right now
I feel like the interface is so simple and sober. Now a day’s people are loving
flat and minimal designed apps. So MobiKwik can think upon it and make their app
better.
- However there is no complaint yet made against MobiKwik for "No Recharge Done", but the options available in Gas, Data Card and in Electricity Bill Payments are limited.
