Google launched the LG-made Nexus 5X in India back in October 2015 starting at Rs. 31,990 for the base 16GB variant. The smartphone saw a price drop in the country a month later and now the 16GB variant of Nexus 5X is available from online retailer Flipkart for just Rs. 19,990, that's nearly 37% less than the launch price.

Google Nexus 5X is one of the two Nexus smartphones launched by Google in 2015. Talking of the specifications, Nexus 5X comes with an 5.2-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Hexa-Core Snapdragon 808 64-bit processor with Adreno 418 GPU, 2GB RAM and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
Other specifications include 12.3MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Laser Auto focus, 5MP front-facing camera, 16GB internal memory and 2,700 mAh battery. The smartphone measures 147.0 x 72.6 x 7.9 mm, weights 136 grams and comes with single nano SIM support.
The Nexus 5X includes an fingerprint scanner on the rear of the device called the Nexus Imprint on for secured lock and payments using Android pay. Connectivity series include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2×2 MIMO dual-band, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C support.
