HTC announces four new mid-range Desire smartphones in the US called Desire 626, 626s, 526 and 520

HTC is following the steps of LG and Samsung by announcing mid-range Android smartphones lately. Just recently, Samsung announced premium looking mid-range Galaxy A8 and LG announced the G4 Beat. Following the same, HTC has launched four new smartphones in the Desire series in the U.S. market. These smartphones include HTC Desire 626, Desire 626s, Desire 526 and Desire 520.

HTC Desire 626 with Snapdragon processor, 13MP snapper announced in Taiwan

HTC earlier this week has officially announced a new mid-range Android smartphone in it's home market Taiwan. Dubbed as HTC Desire 626, the smartphone was first spotted last month. HTC has announced that the Desire 626 will be available in Taiwan later this month for NT$5,990, which is approx $190. HTC Desire 626 will be available in Dark Blue and White color options.

As the MWC 2015 is nearing, the rumors and speculations regarding the HTC phones that could possibly show up at the March 1 event are increasing in number. While there are already reports about the One (M9) that could be the flagship smartphone of the firm, it looks like HTC is also working on another device called the HTC One (M9) Plus and a mid-range Desire 626.
