LG has officially announced the G5 couple of hours back. The LG G5 is the first ever modular smartphone from the company with all metal uni-body design. The smartphone comes with removable slide-out battery drawer. According to LG, the G5 supports additional modules for expanding its capabilities, and the first two modules are LG CAM Plus and LG Hi-Fi Plus with B&O PLAY.

After months of leaks and rumours, LG has officially took the wraps its highly anticipated next generation "G" series phone at MWC 2016 in Barcelona. LG G5, is the successor to LG G4 and carries a brand new modular design with sleek metal body featuring slide-out battery drawer, the modular part of the phone. Read more about the same here.

Mobile World Congress 2016 (MWC 2016) has started and major companies like LG, Samsung, Xiaomi and others are all geared up to launch their flagship devices. This is the very first time LG has took MWC stage to announce the launch of it's 5th generation LG G series smartphone, called LG G5. LG G5 Day, is what LG calls it.
