Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Unlocked HTC One now rolling out in US, Developer Edition also included

HTC is being pretty fast with the updates on the HTC One. The company has started rolling out the Android 4.3 update for unlocked HTC One and for the HTC One Developer Edition in US from today. The Android 4.3 update was first rolled out in Taiwan two days ago, and is now followed by US. With the update having been noticed by users to be rolling out globally, though no official statement has been released yet by HTC.

HTC is being pretty fast with the updates on the HTC One. The company has started rolling out the Android 4.3 update for unlocked HTC One and for the HTC One Developer Edition in US from today. The Android 4.3 update was first rolled out in Taiwan two days ago, and is now followed by US. With the update having been noticed by users to be rolling out globally, though no official statement has been released yet by HTC.

HTC One Android 4.3 Update

The update is 564.04MB in size, and brings new firmware version which is 3.22.1540.1. The new update contains important enhancements, including Android 4.3 Jelly Bean plus Sense 5 enhancements like, battery charging animation in power-off state, improvements to colour contrasts in low light situations and add favourite soundtracks to Video highlights.

As soon as your HTC One is ready for the update, you will be notified automatically. Those who have not yet received the update can ping HTC's servers manually by going to Settings > About > Software Updates > Check Now.
