Samsung unveiled three new Galaxy devices this year at IFA 2013 in Berlin. One of them is the innovation on it's all, the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch. While the Galaxy Gear comes with limited feature-set, Samsung is reported to be already working on the next version of Galaxy Gear dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Gear 2.
The current generation Galaxy Gear comes with limited-functionality, low-battery backup and has a heavy price tag. Not only that, the Samsung Galaxy Gear can be paired only with two devices right now, the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).
As per Daum report, the next-generation Galaxy Gear will be compatible with all Android smartphones, and will be equipped with GPS capabilities to offer location data.
One official source reported Daum that, Galaxy Gear was released at a low level appeal due to the situation and speed time to announce, but the Galaxy Gear 2 will be reviewed carefully before launching.
