Update: AnTuTu has now revealed all the specifications of HTC M8. According to AnTuTu report, HTC M8 (HTC 0P6B120) will come with a 5-inch Full HD display, 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974AB) processor with Adreno 33 GPU and 2GB RAM.
The smartphone will come with similar 4MP Ultrapixel rear camera & 2.1MP front facing camera as seen on HTC One and 16GB internal storage. AnTuTu also claims that HTC M8 will come with Android 4.4 KitKat on-board.

The latest rumours points towards a 5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top. The M8 is also reported to come with fingerprint scanner.
There is no word on the memory, camera and the battery capacity yet. As the leaks have just started flowing, expect to here more news on M8 in the coming weeks.
