HTC One's successor to be called HTC One+, rumoured specs include Snapdragon 805 processor, 2,900 mAh battery and microSD card slot

The much awaited device of 2014 after Galaxy S5 is HTC's M8. The smartphone details has been leaked numerous of times. Few days ago Forbes reported that HTC M8 will be named as HTC One Two and will come with a 4.9-inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 800 processor. Then yesterday, prolific leaker evleaks revealed the preliminary specs of HTC M8. And today, recognized XDA member Mike1986 has come up with a more complete list of specs for the phone.

The much awaited device of 2014 after Galaxy S5 is HTC's M8. The smartphone details has been leaked numerous of times. Few days ago Forbes reported that HTC M8 will be named as HTC One Two and will come with a 4.9-inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 800 processor. Then yesterday, prolific leaker evleaks revealed the preliminary specs of HTC M8. And today, recognized XDA member Mike1986 has come up with a more complete list of specs for the phone.

According to Mike1986's report, the successor of HTC One, codenamed HTC M8, will be called the HTC One+ and it won't have any capacitive buttons, it will feature on-screen buttons. The report also revealed that, HTC One+ will come with 5-inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 805 processor, unlike what Forbes reported.

Mike1986 has confirmed that One+ will feature exchangeable camera lens and will have an microSD card slot for memory expansion. The smartphone will be equipped with the newest HTC Sense 6.0 and Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

Note that the specs listed above are not confirmed, so take this news with a pinch of salt. To remind you all, HTC M8 (HTC One+, for now) is expected to debut at Mobile World Congress in February.
