After so many reports, Motorola has finally revealed that Moto G launch details for India will be announced on February 5th, 2014. We are not sure if Motorola will actually launch the phone on February 5th or will just announce the launch details. Moto G was originally announced back in November where the company announced that they will be bringing the Moto G in India in early-January 2014, but sadly it didn't happen.
There is no word on pricing details yet, but the smartphone is expected to get launched in India for around Rs. 13-15,000 (8GB version) and Rs. 17-19,000 (16GB version).
To remind you all, Moto G comes with a 4.5-inch HD edge-to-edge display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front facing camera, 8GB/16GB fixed internal storage and 2,070 mAh battery. Connectivity series include, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and GLONASS.
Motorola also has plans to launch the dual-SIM variant of the smartphone in India, currently the dual-SIM Moto G is only available in Malaysia and Australia. As per previous report, Motorola is partnering with an unknown distributor to launch the Moto G in India.
