Yesterday we reported about Galaxy Note 3 Lite, actually the Galaxy Note 3 Neo, with a 5.5-inch display. The specifications of the device have already been leaked online by GSMArena and today SamMobile has moved a bit more ahead and have leaked some alleged images of the upcoming Note 3 Neo. As you can see in the pictures below, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo features exactly the same design characteristic as its elder brother, the Galaxy Note 3.

The smartphone comes with similar faux leather removable back cover as flagship Galaxy Note 3 and shares the same S-Pen functionality. Aside being smaller in size and sporting a different camera module, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo looks more like a refresh of the Galaxy Note 2 in terms of specifications, rather than a budget friendly Note 3.

The Note 3 Neo was also spotted in AnTuTu Benchmark. As you can see in the screenshots, the device scores impressively 29,382 points, leaving behind the Galaxy S4. The benchmarking app reveals the same specifications what SamMobile and GSMArena have reported.

Specifications-wise, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo will come with a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 265 ppi pixel density, Mali-T624 GPU, 2GB RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz UI, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.9MP 2.1MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage with up to 64GB microSD card support and 3,100 mAh battery.

The Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be powered by Samsung's own 1.7GHz dual-core + 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 5260 Hexa-core processor with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) capabilities, which means all the 6-cores will be active at the same time.

The phone will come in two variants, LTE (SM-N7505) and HSPA+ (SM-N750), where the LTE variant will come with Hexa-core processor. Connectivity series include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0+LE, A-GPS+GLONASS, IR blaster, MHL 2.0, NFC support and microUSB connector rather than USB 3.0, like on the Note 3.

All the Galaxy Note 3's S-Pen features will also be made available on the Note 3 Neo -- Air View, Air Gesture, Air Command, Advanced Multi Window with Magazine UX, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder, Pen Window, S Note and Easy Clip.

Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Note 3 Neo next month at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. No word on pricing and availability details yet.

In addition, the upcoming Galaxy Tab 3 Lite was recently spotted on GFXBench website. According to GFXBench listing, the tablet will come with a 7-inch 1024x1600 pixel resolution display, 1.2GHz Marvell PXA986 processor, Vivante GC1000 core GPU and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is reported to launch later this month or in early February with price tag of 100 euros.
