Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G in India on February 5th. The smartphone is said to come with an exceptional price, which is yet unknown. Flipkart has already started teasing Moto G launch in India, and will be offering incredible offers on the day of launch. According to our sources, Moto G will land in India with an serious exceptional price.
Motorola will be launching the 8GB variant of Moto G in India for under Rs. 11,500, whereas the 16GB variant will be priced between Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 13,000. This relates with the U.S. price, which is $179 and $199 respectively.
Also, the smartphone will be first only available for purchase via e-retailers (probably via Flipkart only) for a period of 2-3 months, and thereafter Motorola will bring the smartphone to brick and mortar retailers.
In addition, Motorola will launch the 8GB version of Moto G in India first, and after sometime the 16GB version will be up for sale.
We can't confirm the story at the moment, so its better you take it with a pinch of salt. As, Lenovo has bought Motorola Mobility, there are chances of things to get changed.
