Samsung has officially announced the launch of Galaxy Tab 3 Neo in the Indian market recently at the Samsung Southwest Asia Forum 2014 in Bali. The tablet was originally announced last month. The tablet comes in black and white colours, and is priced at Rs. 16,490. The Tab 3 Neo will go on sale in India in the coming weeks.
Specifications-wise, the Galaxy Tab 3 Neo comes with a 7-inch WSVGA (1024x600 pixels resolution) display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor (chipset unknown), 1GB RAM and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The tablet is 9.7mm thick and weighs 310 grams.
Other specifications include, 2MP rear camera, 8GB internal storage with up to 32GB microSD card support and 3,600 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and GPS + GLONASS receiver.
Samsung is also providing 'Club Samsung' in Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. Club Samsung allows user to access to over a 5000 movies, 4 Lakh songs and access to live channels. Club Samsung supports content in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Gujarati.
