Sony D6503 aka Xperia Z2 running Android 4.4 KitKat caught on video, new live images leaked
Japan based smartphone making giant Sony is known for its quality handsets with brilliant features and newest technology. The company has been launching some of its finest devices in its Xperia series. Another smartphone that is soon going to be added to this list is the Sony D6503 aka Sony Sirius aka Sony Xperia Z2.
Sony is expected to make its forthcoming smartphone, the Sony Xperia Z2 a top shelf smartphone. The device has been recently caught in a video. This video reveals what potential buyers of Sony D6503 Sirius can expect to find. It includes Android 4.4 User Interface along with new Walkman lock and unlock screen. Xperia Themes features have also been spotted.
The video showcases a camera icon for the lock screen that can be dragged to quick start camera. In the camera application, one can see low-light option as well. When you will click on this option, a number of applications for the camera will open up. The video also reveals the fast and responsive nature of Sony Xperia D6503.
The device is expected to carry a Triluminous display of 5.2-inches and feature very thin bezels. It is likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz. The Sirius will run on Android 4.4 KitKat with refreshed Xperia UI and will come with a 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. The smartphone will feature 20.7MP rear camera that can record 4K videos and 2.1MP front facing camera.
In related to the news, several photos of Xperia Z2 alongside the Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z have surfaced online. The pictures also shows both black and white Xperia Z2 side-by-side (top). The Sony Sirius is expected to be unveiled at MWC in Barcelona sometime later this month as Sony Xperia Z2.
