Recently Motorola's Vice President, Magnus Ahlqvist revealed in an interview with DNA India that, Moto G has seen the largest sales ever in the history of Motorola. To celebrate this huge success, Motorola is planning to introduce a rugged version of Moto G soon. Dubbed as Moto G Forte, the smartphone is expected to come with increased durability and will be launched in Latin America first.
There is no word on specifications of Moto G Forte, yet we can expect them to be similar to those found on the flagship Moto G. Also, it's unknown if Motorola will be launching the Moto G Forte in other countries. If the smartphone is indeed real, then India launch seems to confirmed, due to high demand and immense popularity.
The news was reported by all time favourite leaker @evleaks, and as per the leaked image, the design of Moto G Forte is similar to original Moto G, but it is a bit bulkier now. The smartphone is also expected to be water and dust resistant.
