LG has silently released a new mid-range Android smartphone in the Indian market. Dubbed as LG L80 Dual, the smartphone is now available from online retailer Infibeam. LG has also listed the L80 Dual on its official website with a price-tag of Rs. 17,500. However, Infibeam is selling the same for Rs. 15,499. LG L80 Dual comes in black and white colours.
The smartphone will be joining other already available L-Series III smartphones which include LG L70 Dual and L90 Dual. There is no word on when LG will officially launch the smartphone, but we expect it to happen soon.
On the specifications front, LG L80 Dual comes with a 5-inch WVGA IPS display, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, Adreno 302 GPU, 1GB RAM and Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Optimus UI on top.
Other specifications include an 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable up to 32GB using microSD card and 2,540 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, USB 2.0 and A-GPS.
LG has stuffed the L80 Dual with loads of software features like Knock Code, Capture All, Knock ON, Guest Mode, Quick Window, PLUG & POP, Smart Forward, Gesture, Quick Memo, Icon Customizer and more.
