Earlier today, we saw the first live image of Motorola's upcoming budget Android smartphone, the Moto E. And earlier today, a premature listing of Moto E on Brazilian retailer FastShop has revealed the confirmed specifications of the phone along with press renders. According to FastShop, the Moto E will come in range of colours including Black, White, Lemon, Turquoise and Raspberry with swappable back covers of similar colours.

The listing confirms that there will be three different variants of Moto E -- Single SIM, Dual SIM and Dual SIM with Digital TV (for selected markets). As seen in the press images, the rear panel of Moto E is somewhat similar to the Moto G, beside missing the LED flash. Also, the speakers are now on front and there is no front facing camera for video calling.

For superior durability the Moto E comes with Corning Gorilla Glass and spilt-resistant layer of Solapur. On the specifications front, the Moto E features a 4.3-inch display of unknown resolution (qHD or HD), 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon (200 or 400) processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

The smartphone is said to be 12.3 mm thick rather than 6.2 mm as rumoured earlier.  Other specifications include an 5MP rear camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable up to 32GB using microSD card and 1,980 mAh battery.

Motorola will be launching the Moto E on May 13th at simultaneous media events in London and New Delhi. Online retailer Flipkart that Motorola has partnered with in India to sell its devices will exclusively sell the Moto E in the country. There is no word on pricing, but we can expect to the Moto E to land in India for around Rs. 9,000.
