Android 4.4.3 KitKat update with 4G LTE support rolling out in India

HTC has started rolling out the Android 4.4.3 KitKat update for HTC One (M8) in the Indian market. The update not only brings fixes and improvements but also brings the much-awaited 4G LTE support. The 4.4.3 KitKat update for One (M8) is also live in other countries which include Australia and Slovenia. The update is rolling out over-the-air (OTA).

The KitKat update weights in at 658.88MB in size and is rolling out in batches, so it might take sometime to reach your smartphone, if not already. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update.

The update contains important enhancements and bug fixes, including Android 4.4.3 KitKat, OpenSSL security improvements, 4G LTE support and WiFi, Bluetooth and Mobile Networks performance optimizations.

The update also brings updates stock applications like Camera, Gallery (Image Match), Settings (Power History) and HTC Sync Manager. Finally, the update also comes with Sense UI improvements.
