Oppo has started sending out press invites to the Indian tech press media for attending an event on August 11th, where the company will be debuting the Oppo N1 Mini in the country. As the name suggest, the N1 Mini is the miniature variant of the flagship Oppo N1 and comes with similar swivel camera. The smartphone was originally announced earlier this year in June.
Oppo N1 Mini comes in three colours White, Yellow and Blue and was recently launched in Malaysia for RM 1,398, which is approx Rs. 26,700. There is no word on pricing or availability details yet, but expect Oppo to price the N1 Mini in India at the same price.
On the specifications front, Oppo N1 Mini comes with a 5-inch HD display, 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 2GB RAM, 2,140 mAh battery, 4G LTE support and Android 4.3 KitKat based Oppo's customized Color OS 1.4 on top.
The smartphone is 9.2 mm thick and weighs 150 grams. Oppo has stuffed the N1 Mini with similar 13MP rotating camera with LED flash and Super Zoom mode, that lets you create a 24MP image and 16GB internal storage.
