As expected, Oppo has earlier today officially announced the miniature variant of the Oppo N1. Called the Oppo N1 Mini, the smartphone images and details were leaked couple of weeks ago. The N1 Mini looks exactly similar to the flagship N1, but has a smaller screen size and downgraded specs. Oppo will launch the N1 Mini in China on June 10th. (Update: Officially Launched)
Oppo has already started taking pre-orders of the N1 Mini on its website. The smartphone will be available in the country starting from June 11th, no word on pricing yet. Update: Oppo N1 Mini will be available in China starting next week for 2,699 Chinese Yuan (~$433) in Yellow, White and Blue colours. There is no word on whether Oppo plans to roll-out the device in global market.
The smartphone is 9.2 mm thick and weighs 150 grams. Oppo has stuffed the N1 Mini with similar 13MP rotating camera with LED flash and Super Zoom mode, that lets you create a 24MP image and 16GB internal storage.
