HTC One (M8 Eye) with 5-inch Full HD display, 13MP rear camera launched in India for Rs. 38,990

HTC on Friday at an event in Mumbai officially launched a new variant of HTC One (M8) in the country. Dubbed as HTC One (M8 Eye), the smartphone comes with 13MP Duo rear camera instead of the 4MP Ultrapixel camera found on the original M8. Beside an upgraded rear camera, rest everything remains exactly similar to the original M8. The M8 Eye comes in Gray and Silver colours and is priced at Rs. 38,990, and is now available across the country.

Beside an upgraded rear camera, rest everything remains exactly similar to the original M8. On the specifications front, the HTC One (M8 Eye) comes with a 5.0-inch Full HD Super LCD 3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM and Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The One (M8 Eye) measures 146.3 x 70.6 x 9.3mm and weights 160 grams. 

Other specifications include an 13MP Duo rear camera with dual-LED flash, BSI sensor, f2.0, 28 mm lens, 5MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage with upto 128GB supported microSD card slot and 2,600 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX, NFC, GPS with GLONASS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and infraded remote control for TV use.
