Motorola Moto G (16GB) and Moto X now available in India for Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 17,999 respectively

Motorola launched the Moto X (2nd gen) and Moto G (2nd gen) in the country last month with Moto G (2nd gen) went on sale in early-September and Moto X (2nd gen) went on sale in the country couple of weeks after. With the launch of new Moto G, Motorola stopped selling the original Moto G in India. Now, the original Moto G is back in stock on Flipkart and at reduced price. The company has also reduced the price of original Moto X in India.

Motorola launched the Moto X (2nd gen) and Moto G (2nd gen) in the country last month with Moto G (2nd gen) went on sale in early-September and Moto X (2nd gen) went on sale in the country couple of weeks after. With the launch of new Moto G, Motorola stopped selling the original Moto G in India. Now, the original Moto G is back in stock on Flipkart and at reduced price. The company has also reduced the price of original Moto X in India.

Moto G

The original Moto G was originally launched in the country in February for Rs. 13,999 (16GB variant). The same is now available from Flipkart for just Rs. 9,999. On the other hand, the original Moto X was launched for Rs. 23,999, and is now available from Flipkart for Rs. 17,999, which include wooden back variants too.

To recap on the specifications, Moto G comes with a 4.5-inch HD display with 329 ppi pixel density, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat (Lollipop upgradable), 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage and 2,070 mAh battery.

And the Moto X comes with a 4.7-inch HD AMOLED display, 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, 10MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front-facing shooter, 16GB of internal storage and 2,200 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC and Miracast.
