Motorola is all set to unveil a new variant of Moto G (2nd Generation) soon. Dubbed as Moto G LTE (2nd Gen), the smartphone comes with LTE support, bigger battery and more storage space. The LTE variant of Moto G (2014) is found listed on Motorola's Brazilian website. The site only reveals the specifications of the phone, no word on pricing or availability details yet.
Similar to original Moto G LTE, the second generation Moto G LTE is expected to launch in select countries only. The smartphone is likely to be released in both dual-SIM and single-SIM variants.
Talking about the specifications, the Moto G LTE (2nd Gen) comes with slightly larger 2,390 mAh battery and 16GB of internal storage compared to 2,070 mAh battery and 8GB of internal storage in the 3G variant.
Rest of the specifications are similar to the original Moto G (2nd Gen) which include 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB RAM and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
Other specifications include an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage with microSD card support and 2,390 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and GPS.
