Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition first press render leaked

Samsung is known for not only launching high-end flagship devices with great features but for also releasing special editions of the same. Samsung recently launched the Injustice Edition of Galaxy S7 edge and now Evan Blass (@evleaks) has leaked the first press render of upcoming special edition, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Olympic Edition.

The news about Samsung working on an Olympic Edition Galaxy S7 edge was first reported by Sammobile in the month of April, and this is our first look of the same.

Honestly the device looks as dope as the Injustice Edition Galaxy S7 edge. If you look at the press image closely, you will notice that the device will be released in limited numbers.

As per Sammobile, Samsung is also working on two apps for the Olympics, codenamed IOC_Olympic_app and Rio2016_WOW_Olympic_app. If you are unaware, Samsung earlier this year announced that it will bring the Olympics into the realm of Virtual Reality.

The report also indicates that the upcoming Olympic Edition S7 edge will also have VR content surrounding the popular sporting event pre-loaded, with Gear VR bundled for free with the phone.

Samsung priced the Injustice Edition Galaxy S7 edge at around $1000, which clearly hints that the interested buyers will have to spend high-bucks for the upcoming Olympic Edition S7 edge too.
