Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus leaked images shows the device from every angle

We already know that Samsung will be launching the Samsung Galaxy S10 series a week before the biggest mobile show, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019, on February 20th. By now a lot of details about the Galaxy S10 series have been leaked including the CAD renders, specifications and case manufacturers renders.

Today, we have the first look of both the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10 Plus from every angle confirming the earlier design leak and leaving nothing to the imagination. Leaked by German blog AllAboutSamsung, widely known for covering every Samsung news, the live images are of the prototypes of the S10 and the S10+.

As you can see in the images, the Galaxy S10 series will bring new infinity display with the punch-hole design. Samsung is calling that display setup Infinity O. With minimal bezels on the top and a smaller chin on the bottom, the Galaxy S10 line-up will provide an immersive experience.

On the rear, the Galaxy S10 and the S10 Plus will house triple cameras paired with a heart-rate sensor and dual-LED flash, all clubbed together in a wide horizontal rectangular box. The key differences between the S10 and its Plus variant are the larger display size, extra RAM and storage configurations, and dual-front facing punch-hole cameras on the latter variant.

In surprising news, Samsung has officially announced that it will be hosting its first annual Galaxy UNPACKED event on February 20th, 2019 at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.

The invite blog post does not include the name "Galaxy S10" but it clearly shows number '10' and reads "Welcome to the next generation" followed by another blog post titled "A Journey of Mobile Innovation" where the company talks about how it layered the foundation of the Galaxy S series and plans for shaping the next ten years with the launch of the 10th anniversary Galaxy flagship series smartphone.

In another news, The Wall Street Journal reports that Samsung will showcase 'a fully-functional foldable smartphone' at the same Galaxy S10 launch event. The device is anticipated to be called the Galaxy F or Galaxy Fold, based on the name trademarks by Samsung. The Samsung foldable smartphone is in news since 2017 and it's finally happening.

Samsung at its Developer Conference in late-2018 unveiled the Infinity Flex Display, where it gave a glimpse (attached below) of its unfinished foldable smartphone, which more or less looked like a box/book with displays embedded in it. Though it had a protective case on top, the device didn't impress many. We hope Samsung has worked on the design after hearing rave reviews since its demonstration and made it better than the Xiaomi's upcoming foldable device.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Active leaked in hands-on video revealing key details including 4000mAh battery

Samsung announced the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ smartphones earlier this year in late-March. The Galaxy S8 series brought a whole new design language for the Samsung smartphones. In 2013, soon after the global rollout of the Galaxy S4 smartphone, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S4 Active with IP67 certification.

The series continued since then by the introduction of the Galaxy S5 Active, the Galaxy S6 Active and the Galaxy S7 Active, all with IP67 and IP68 certification respectively along with MIL-STD-810G certification which gives salt, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistance, which helps differentiating them with the originals.

Samsung launches Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max in India running Android 7.0 Nougat

Samsung, at an event earlier today, officially announced the launch of its two new mid-range Android smartphones for the Indian market. Called the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro and the Galaxy J7 Max, the smartphones are a new addition to the company's already existing Galaxy J series of devices. Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro is a new name to the Galaxy J7 (2017), whereas the Galaxy J7 Max is newly announced.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy J7 Max and the Galaxy J7 Pro will be available in India for a price of Rs. 17,900 and Rs. 20,900 respectively. Bot the smartphone will be coming out in Black and Gold colors. The Galaxy J7 Max will be available across retail stores starting June 20, 2017, while the Galaxy J7 Pro will be available starting mid-July.

Both, the Galaxy J7 Pro and the J7 Max have a metal unibody design and comes with some extra software features such as Ultra Data Saving, S bike mode, and S Power Planning. Samsung has also stuffed both the devices with more innovative features, like Samsung Pay and Social Camera.

Talking of Samsung's payment innovation first, the Galaxy J7 Pro will support the Samsung Pay while the Galaxy J7 Max will come with Samsung Pay Mini. Using Samsung Pay, customers can turn their smartphone into a wallet, storing credit and debit cards, and also use Paytm and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and pay on the go by just tapping the phone on the Point of Sale (PoS) machine.

Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ officially announced, available starting April 21st

After series of never-ending leaks and rumours, Samsung at an ongoing event in New York City and London has officially taken the wraps off the much-awaited Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8+.

According to Samsung, the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ comes with seamless hardware design and a variety of new services, which pushes the boundaries of traditional smartphones.

“The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ usher in a new era of smartphone design and fantastic new services, opening up new ways to experience the world,” said DJ Koh, President of Mobile Communications Business, Samsung Electronics. “The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are our testaments to regaining your trust by redefining what’s possible in safety and marks a new milestone in Samsung’s smartphone legacy.”

Availability

Both, the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be available starting April 21st. The smartphones will be offered in following colour options ‒ Midnight Black, Orchid Gray, Arctic Silver, Coral Blue and Maple Gold. 

Samsung has revealed that both the smartphones will be available for pre-order in the U.S. starting March 30, 2017, at 12:01 EDT. All major carriers including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless along with Cricket Wireless, Straight Talk Wireless, and U.S. Cellular will carry the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.

Talking of pricing, Samsung has priced the Galaxy S8 at $750 (Rs. 48,664 approx.) and the Galaxy S8+ will cost $850 (Rs. 55,134 approx.).

The devices will also be available at Best Buy stores and its website, ShopSamsung app, Target and Walmart, in the U.S. As an introductory offer, Samsung is offering a Gear VR with Controller and Oculus Content to those who pre-order a Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+.

According to Samsung, the newly announced Gear VR with Controller is priced at $129.99 and will be available globally beginning April 21, 2017. You can buy the controller separately for $39.99.

Samsung is including high-performance earphones tuned by AKG by Harman inside the box of the smartphones. Also, a 256GB memory card and Bluetooth headphones by AKG will be available for $99, as a limited edition premium bundle.

According to PhoneRadar's latest tweet, Samsung will be launching the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in India on May 5th.

We all know Samsung will be unveiling its most anticipated smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8+ later today.

Finally, VentureBeat and @evleaks, together, have published the first ever live image of the most-awaited and upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone.

The report not only leaks the image of the smartphone, but also shares key specifications and launch details of the Galaxy S8. According to VB, Samsung will be launching two different variants of the Galaxy S8.

For the past several years, Samsung has launched the Galaxy S smartphones at MWC, but it won't be the same this time. The first* Samsung Unpacked 2017 event will take place on March 29th in New York City, highlights VB. (* Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 8 later this year)

Starting with display and size, unlike flat and edged variants of the Galaxy S6 & S7, both the Galaxy S8 variants will come with dual-edged display. The major difference will be in size. The regular model will come with a 5.8-inch display and the Plus variant will host a 6.2-inch display. These models are even larger than the Galaxy Note smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro with 6" display, 6GB RAM, 16MP cameras to launch in India soon

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro announced back in October 2016 is soon going to launch in India. The Galaxy C9 Pro is company's latest offering in the C series of smartphones, which are exclusive to China. Report coming from MySmartPrice states that Samsung India will be launching the Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone in India later this month.

Samsung has already started sending out press invites for the launch of Gear S3 smartwatch in India on January 11th. We are expecting Samsung to launch the Galaxy C9 Pro at the same event.

The Galaxy C9 Pro is a premium smartphone from Samsung and will be the first C series smartphone to land in India.

The device comes in three colors including Black, Gold and Rose Gold. Samsung has priced the C9 Pro in China at CNY 3,199 which translates to Rs. 31,500 approx. in Indian Rupees. We hope Samsung prices the same in India below Rs. 35,000.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro features aerospace-grade aluminium unibody design. The smartphone comes with stereo speakers — one in the earpiece and other on the bottom along with a new antenna design. Beneath the display there's a home button which doubles as fingerprint scanner.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Galaxy C9 Pro comes with a 6-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass.

Powering the device is 1.9GHz octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor with Adreno 510 GPU and whopping 6GB RAM. Running inside is Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with TouchWiz UI on top.

Entry-level Samsung Galaxy J1 4G with Super AMOLED display launched in India for Rs. 6,890

Samsung has launched a new Android smartphone in the Indian market recently. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy J1 4G, the smartphone comes with entry-level specifications and is a part of Galaxy J series of smartphones.

Listed on Samsung India website, the Galaxy J1 4G comes in three color variants - White, Gold and Black. Samsung has listed the Galaxy J1 4G for Rs. 6,890. The device is said to be available via offline and online retailers in the coming days.

At this price, Samsung is competing directly with Xiaomi's Redmi 3S which is priced at Rs. 6,999 and comes with much better specifications.

Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017), A5 (2017) and A7 (2017) with IP68 rating officially announced

Samsung has officially took the wraps off its all new Galaxy A 2017 series smartphones. The latest Galaxy A series include the Galaxy A3 (2017) with 4.7-inch display, the Galaxy A5 (2017) with 5.2-inch display and the Galaxy A7 (2017) with 5.7-inch display. All the three smartphones comes with mid-range specs and hosts Samsung's premium design heritage.

According to Samsung, the newly announced Galaxy A series will be available in four stylish colors including Black Sky, Gold Sand, Blue Mist and Peach Cloud (Pink).

The devices will be available in Russia and select Asian markets starting later this month, followed by February availability in Europe. No word on pricing of the new Galaxy A (2017) series at present.

Talking of the design, the Galaxy A3 (2017), the Galaxy A5 (2017) and the Galaxy A7 (2017) smartphones features a premium metal frame and 3D glass back, similar to what we see in the Galaxy S7.

Additionally, all the three smartphones comes with IP68 water and dust resistance certification; the same rating as the Galaxy S7. IP68 rating means the devices can survive in up to 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.

Other features include, Always on Display — allowing users to quickly glance at the time and calendar without waking up the device, saving time and battery and Secure Folder with fingerprint support — where users can separate private data and keep the contents safe.
