HTC starts rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Sense 5.5 update for International HTC One

After rolling-out Android 4.3 update for HTC One in Taiwan and the US, HTC has started rolling-out the same update for HTC One in some European countries aka for the international variant of HTC One. This update not only brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on the One, but also brings the Sense 5.5 UI, which was introduced with HTC One Max.

After rolling-out Android 4.3 update for HTC One in Taiwan and the US, HTC has started rolling-out the same update for HTC One in some European countries aka for the international variant of HTC One. This update not only brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on the One, but also brings the Sense 5.5 UI, which was introduced with HTC One Max.

The update which was rolled out in Taiwan and the US didn't brought Sense 5.5 UI. So, HTC will be bringing Sense 5.5 UI update separately to these countries.

As the new update features Sense 5.5, you will now be able to disable the BlinkFeed feature, if aren't interested in using it. In related to the news, HTC and Google are offering 25GB of free Google Drive Storage to select 2013 HTC smartphones for two years after the Sense 5.5 update.

Currently, international HTC One and HTC One Max users are allowed to avail this offer. There is no more details available on which other HTC smartphones are eligible for this offer, but it is confirmed that, the One Mini is one of them.
