Few days ago, three to be more specific, first screenshots of Xperia ZL running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean were leaked. And today, thanks to Androxyde over at XDA developers, we now have the official Android 4.3 firmware update for the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL available. You don't need a rooted Xperia Z or ZL to sideload this update.

Sony Xperia ZL

The firmware version is 10.4.B.0.569 and brings many features, which were introduced by Sony in Xperia Z1. It's unclear at this stage whether this is the final build that will roll out to consumers or not.
  • Performance enhancements and bug fixes
  • Themes and wallpapers from Xperia Z1
  • Xperia Z1-style white UI
  • Updated Camera app from Xperia Z1
  • Xperia home 6.1.2.A.0.1
  • Album app 5.2.A.1.26
  • Movies app 5.3.A.0.18
  • Updated keyboard interface
  • Screen calibrated for brighter displays
Sony will be rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Xperia Z & ZL, along with many more Xperia's in the coming weeks, hopefully, before the end of this month.
