Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet leaks in press images ahead of MWC announcement
Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet recently had its specs leak on to the interweb before a launch at the MWC 2014 and now the press shots of the same have leaked as well, revealing almost every detail about the device. The tablet will look similar to the Xperia Z tablet and will come ultra-thin glass and metal body with thickness being just 6.4mm.
The bezels of the tablet look pretty huge by the usual flagship standards and the tablet will get IP certification as well, thus making it water as well as dust resistant. The tablet will get a 10.1-inch Triluminous display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Powering the same will be a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 chipset which will join hands with a 3GB RAM for seamless multitasking abilities of the same.
The internal storage on offer will be 16GB which will be available for expansion via a microSD card by another 64GB. It will run on Android 4.4 KitKat and is expected to come with a slew of software functionalities that will first make their way on to the Xperia Sirius. At the back will be a 8MP snapper which will team up with a 2MP camera to take care of the imaging department.
Giving it the juice will be a 6,000 mAh battery. It will be launched at the MWC 2014 and will join the Xperia Z2 smartphone, Xperia G and a slew of other devices. Stay tuned for more updates regarding the upcoming smartphones and tablets in the Android arena.
