LAVA has officially launched a new mid-range Android smartphone in India recently. Dubbed as LAVA Iris 504Q+, the smartphone is the successor of Iris 504Q which was launched in the country last year. The Iris 504Q+ comes in Grey and White colours and is priced at Rs. 13,990. According to LAVA, the smartphone comes with free flip cover which when closed automatically locks the phone.
Similar to Iris 504Q, the Iris 504Q+ also comes with gesture control features such as change music or radio station, browse photo gallery, switch between homescreens and click photos just by hovering the hand over the device. The smartphone also comes pre-loaded with Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter and BBM apps.
Specifications-wise, LAVA Iris 504Q+ comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with One Glass Solution (OGS) tech, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, Mali-400 MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone is 7.9mm thick and weighs 149 grams and comes with dual-SIM support with dual Standby feature.
Other specifications include 10MP rear camera with LED flash and Sony Exmor RS sensor, 2MP front facing camera, 8GB internal storage with expandable up to 32GB using microSD card and 2,000 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS.
