Xiaomi, the Apple of China entered India last week with the launch of Xiaomi Mi3. The smartphone comes with top-tier specifications and is priced insanely aggressive, at just Rs. 14,999. The company was reported to partner with India's biggest online retailer Flipkart to sell its smartphones in the country, and earlier today Flipkart has officially confirmed the same via its Twitter handle.

Flipkart, yesterday posted a teaser image on its Twitter handle with tagline “Gripping pace, artistic merit, a vibrant display! Coming soon exclusively on Flipkart!” The teaser image shows the top of Xiaomi Mi3 along with words “Accelerate your Life”, the same found on the Xiaomi Mi3 website

Flipkart later today posted another teaser showing the right side of the Mi3, again confirming the exclusivity of the smartphone. Motorola was the first company to sell its smartphones exclusively via Flipkart, which was followed by Asus with its Zenfone series, which have been priced aggressively. Unlike Motorola, Xiaomi will import its devices in the country and will use Flipkart as the medium to distribute the products in the country.
