The source points out that the upcoming slate will arrive with a matte finish plastic back as seen in the image rather than a metal back. This leaked image shows the device very reminiscent of the Nexus 5 in terms of design, the large camera eye and edged vertical Nexus logo on the back.
In addition, the Nexus 9 tablet was spotted at the US regulatory website FCC lately that is an indication for the imminent launch of the slate. Of course, there is no way to check the authenticity of the image and we ought to consider this as a dose of skepticism.
