HTC, early last month, officially took the wraps off the HTC One E9+, a high-end device which trumps the flagship HTC One M9 in terms of specifications. According to HTC, the One E9+ is specifically made for Asian markets. The HTC One E9+ comes in three color options which include Meteor Gray, Classic Rose Gold and Gold Sepia.
In terms of design, the One E9+ features a dual-tone design with metal frame and plastic back. Like other One-series smartphones, the One E9+ also comes with dual front-facing HTC BoomSound speakers with Dolby Audio.
On the specifications front, HTC One E9+ comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD display with pixel density of 534 PPI, 2.0GHz octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6795M processor, PowerVR G6200 GPU, 3GB RAM and Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7. The smartphone measures 156.5 x 76.5 x 7.54 mm and weights 150 grams.
HTC has also stuffed the One E9+ with 20MP main camera with f/2.2, BSI sensor, 4K video recording and 13MP front facer selfie camera with f/2.0 and 4K video recording support too. Other specifications include 32GB internal storage with up to 128GB expandable using microSD card and 2,800 mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity, the One E9+ comes with 4G LTE support, 3G, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), DLNA, 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, micro-USB 2.0 port and Internal GPS antenna + GLONASS + Beidou.
