After rolling out Android 4.2.2 Jelly update for HTC One X and One X+ in Europe and Taiwan later this month, HTC has started the rolling out the same update now in UK. According to Android Central report, many users are reporting that they are getting 4.2.2 update pop-up on their smartphone from morning. The update are currently hitting unlocked handsets in the UK.
You can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update and click on check now. Make sure you have high speed internet connection ready on your smartphone, before updating your device.
Android 4.2.2 update for HTC One X brings new firmware version which is 4.18.401.2 and is of around 379.71MB in size, whereas the update for HTC One X+ brings version 2.18.401.2. The update on One X+ is of around 406.63MB in size.
