As promised, Motorola has finally started rolling out the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the dual-SIM Moto G in India starting today. The update is rolling out via over-the-air and brings KitKat goodies along with some improvements. The same update was first live in Malaysia and Taiwan last week. Single SIM Moto G (US variant to be specific) got the KitKat update last year in December, followed by Europe in January 2014.
The update is 230.7 MB big in size, about 43 MB larger than the update of the single-SIM variant. It brings Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Project Svelte optimizations, new phone dialler, updated Hangouts with SMS/MMS support, updated Google Now and updated Photo gallery with Auto Awesome feature.
The update also brings KitKat features like printing, immersive mode, colour emoji, improved closed captioning support, stronger security, smarter power use, restyled status and navigation bars, full-screen mode, new camera features and more.

- Phone dialler - Improved the phone app with the ability to look up contacts directly from the dial pad, see and tap frequent contacts, and search your corporate directory easily.
- Gallery (Photo editing) - Added new photo editing options to the Gallery app including new filter effects, draw on your photos, advanced cropping, and adjustments to color, exposure, contrast and more.
- Camera - Locked exposure during Panorama capture, additional language support, Manual control of focus and exposure, Bug fixes
- Printing documents and pictures - Added support for printing photos, Google Docs, GMail messages, and other content via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and hosted services like Google Cloud Print and HP ePrinters.
- Hangouts (SMS/MMS support) - Incorporated a new version of Google Hangouts that supports integrated SMS/MMS messaging. Hangouts can be set as the default SMS app under Settings > Wireless > Default SMS app.
