LG G Pro 2 to come with high end speakers and 5.9-inch Full HD display with 77.2% screen ratio

LG will soon unveil the G Pro 2 and the details regarding the same have started leaking on to the interweb. It was only recently that LG confirmed that the smartphone will be getting a 13MP camera with 4K video recording and more details about the device have surfaced now. According to Fnnews, the smartphone will come with a 5.9-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution (Full HD). Its screen to body ratio will be 77.2 percent.

LG will soon unveil the G Pro 2 and the details regarding the same have started leaking on to the interweb. It was only recently that LG confirmed that the smartphone will be getting a 13MP camera with 4K video recording and more details about the device have surfaced now. According to Fnnews, the smartphone will come with a 5.9-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution (Full HD). Its screen to body ratio will be 77.2 percent.

LG is focusing on increasing the screen to body ratio with every device and the LG G2 had a ratio of 76.4 percent. The G Pro 2 will feature a minimal bezel of 0.4mm. It will feature rear mounted volume keys as per its latest leaked image. The 13MP camera will feature OIS plus for better imagery and the same will be joined in by a 2.1MP front camera. The camera details have been confirmed by LG.

LG G Pro 2 leaked imageIn addition to the news, according to reports from South Korea, the LG G Pro 2 will come with high end speakers (1W speakers on the back) which are expected to make it the loudest one in the segment. It will feature a volume 30 percent higher than its predecessor, and a Smart Listening app will allow you to customize the output.

Not much is known about the device otherwise but the same has been rumoured to feature a Snapdragon 800 processor which will be teaming up with a 3GB RAM, making it a worth competitor to the Note 3. It will run Android 4.4 KitKat with the latest version of Optimus UI on top of it. A slew of software gimmicks such as Knock On, QSlide are also expected to feature on the smartphone.

It will see the official launch later this month at MWC 2014 in Barcelona. Expect it to launch for around Rs. 45,000 when it comes to India.
