Samsung is all set to launch the dual-SIM variant of Galaxy S3 in India soon. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, the smartphone was originally announced earlier this year in January in China. The Galaxy S3 Neo looks a lot similar to the original Galaxy S3, but comes with upgraded RAM and downgraded processor. Rest all the specifications are similar to the Galaxy S3.

Samsung is all set to launch the dual-SIM variant of Galaxy S3 in India soon. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, the smartphone was originally announced earlier this year in January in China. The Galaxy S3 Neo looks a lot similar to the original Galaxy S3, but comes with upgraded RAM and downgraded processor. Rest all the specifications are similar to the Galaxy S3.

This was reported by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, and according to him, the Galaxy S3 Neo will be priced at Rs. 24,900 in India. First stocks of the smartphone are expected in a few days, so we can expect the launch to happen as early as next week. 

Coming to specifications, the Galaxy S3 Neo comes with a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and dual-SIM support. The smartphone is 8.6mm thick and weighs about 133 grams.

Other specifications include a 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage with expandable up to 64GB using microSD card and 2,100 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, GLONASS and IR Blaster.
