Samsung Galaxy Ace Style running Android 4.4.2 KitKat showcased in Germany

Couple of weeks ago we reported that Samsung is planning to launch an entry level smartphone soon with Android 4.4 KitKat on board. It looks like Samsung has silently showcased the smartphone in Germany. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Ace Style, it is the company's first budget smartphone to run on latest version of Android, Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Samsung showcased the Ace Style at Samsung Roadshow in Hamburg, Germany.

Couple of weeks ago we reported that Samsung is planning to launch an entry level smartphone soon with Android 4.4 KitKat on board. It looks like Samsung has silently showcased the smartphone in Germany. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Ace Style, it is the company's first budget smartphone to run on latest version of Android, Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Samsung showcased the Ace Style at Samsung Roadshow in Hamburg, Germany.

According to Netzwelt, the Galaxy Ace Style will come in both single and dual-SIM variants and will be apparently priced between €200 - €300 (about $274 - $411) in the European region. There is no word on when Samsung will officially announce the smartphone or when it will be arriving in other markets.

On the specifications front, Samsung Galaxy Ace Style comes with a 4-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 1.2GHz dual-core Broadcom BCM2763 processor (based on Cortex-A9 architecture), VideoCore IV GPU and Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Samsung's latest TouchWiz UI on top, similar to the Galaxy S5.

Other specifications include a 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable using microSD card and 1,500 mAh battery. There will be Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 + LE and NFC on offer too for connectivity. No word on RAM memory yet, but it will probably be 512MB.
