LG’s upcoming flagship model, the LG G3 is all set to be announced on May 27th at simultaneous events that are to be held in several cities across the globe. Following the leak of high-resolution images of this handset along with its specifications, screenshots of the handset have popped up. As per Twitter bound leakster @evleaks, these screenshots provide a peep at the new circular QuickWindow mode.
The LG G3’s QuickWindow case is said to have circular output instead of the square window that was seen on the QuickWindow case of LG G2.
However, the functions remain the same as users can check the date, time, call logs, app shortcuts and more without the necessity of opening the case. Also, LG appears to have added more widgets to the upcoming handset and the circular cut out appears to be more visually appealing. The new QuickWindow mode will also allow user to view weather, health data, SMS and photo gallery.
In another report, the LG UK official website has posted a listing of the LG G3 with the mode number D855. The User Agent Profile of the D855 confirms that the upcoming flagship smartphone flaunts a QHD display of 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.
As only a week is left for the launch of the LG G3’s official announcement, all the details will come to light at the event.
P.S. - Official specifications and features of LG G3 have been leaked online just now. We will detail them in another post, so stay tuned.
