HTC Desire 516c with 5-inch qHD display, CDMA support launched in India for Rs. 12,990

Along with HTC One (M8 Eye), Desire 820 and Desire 820q, HTC has also unveiled a new CDMA-enabled version of the successful HTC Desire 516 smartphone called the HTC Desire 516c. The Desire 516 was originally announced in the country way back in June. HTC has launched the Desire 516c in India for Rs. 12,990 and the same is now exclusively available from Snapdeal.

Along with HTC One (M8 Eye), Desire 820 and Desire 820q, HTC has also unveiled a new CDMA-enabled version of the successful HTC Desire 516 smartphone called the HTC Desire 516c. The Desire 516 was originally announced in the country way back in June. HTC has launched the Desire 516c in India for Rs. 12,990 and the same is now exclusively available from Snapdeal.

Talking about the specifications, HTC Desire 516c comes with a 5.0-inch qHD IPS display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The smartphone measures 140 x 72 x 9.7mm and weights 160 grams.

Other specifications include an 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable up to 64GB using microSD card and 1,950 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G EVDO Rev. A, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA and GPS.
